Commissioner invited to deliver ASPS Jack Urquhart Memorial Lecture

The Scottish Biometrics Commissioner Dr Brian Plastow has accepted an invitation from the Association of Scottish Police Superintendents (ASPS) to deliver the annual Jack Urquhart Memorial Lecture at the ASPS conference in May. The theme for the conference is ‘policing smarter not harder’ and the Commissioner will give a keynote address focussing on where biometric data and technologies in policing need to go in the next 5 years.
